Nous avons apprécié le calme, la gentillesse du personnel. Les animateurs sont formidables, nos enfants étaient ravis. Merci aux masseuses, en particulier Madhvi, Jeneetha, Avathéa et Teeshty pour les soins détente et bien-être et le rééquilibrage énergétique. ??

The hotel have better customer service concerning their accommodations, good food and beverages and excellent activities, I have been going there for many years and this hotel improve a lot that is great. My experience was always good there with no regret.

Wir hatten das Glück, vom 14. bis 25. Oktober 2024 als erste G?ste nach der Renovierung im Crystals Beach Resort Belle Mare zu übernachten, und wir k?nnen nur sagen: Es war ein absoluter Traum! Das Hotel hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und uns einen Urlaub beschert, den wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. Von der Ankunft an fühlten wir uns rundum wohl. Der Service war durchweg exzellent und sehr professionell – sei es im Restaurant, an der Rezeption oder vom Housekeeping-Team. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns erfüllt, und das Team ging besonders auf unsere Wünsche nach veganen Essensoptionen ein, was uns sehr begeistert hat. So einen aufmerksamen und sorglosen Service haben wir bisher in keinem anderen Hotel erlebt! Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und besonders die mauritischen und indischen Einflüsse haben uns gefallen. Die Gerichte waren frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Unser Zimmer war ein weiteres Highlight. Es war sehr gro? und hell. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken und einer separate Toilette – ideal! Jeden Morgen und Abend wurde das Zimmer aufgefrischt, Betten neu bezogen und liebevoll dekoriert. Besonders m?chten wir Ansley für seine kreativen Dekokünste hervorheben – er formte die Handtücher kunstvoll zu Herzen, Schw?nen oder Elefanten, was uns jedes Mal ein L?cheln aufs Gesicht zauberte. Ein besonderes Lob geht auch an das Animationsteam, das mit viel guter Laune für tolle Unterhaltung gesorgt hat. Stephano, unser DJ No.1, sorgte abends für die beste Stimmung, und Lucca, der Aqua Gym Master, brachte uns ordentlich in Bewegung! Eesha war eine wunderbare Kreol- und Bogenschie?lehrerin, und Didier führte uns mit Wissen und Humor auf einen sch?nen Strandspaziergang zum Tempel nach Belle Mare. Arshad war unendlich motiviert und hat auch uns motiviert, und Jia beeindruckte uns, indem sie sich unsere Namen am schnellsten merken konnte. Die Rezeption war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, was uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gab, herzlich willkommen zu sein. Besonders hervorheben m?chten wir Katja von der deutschen G?stekommunikation, die uns viele tolle Ausflugstipps gegeben hat. Das Servicepersonal verdient ebenfalls ein riesen Dankesch?n! Kamini war einfach die Coolste und hat morgens beim Frühstück entspannt die V?gel im Garten verscheucht. Nitesh, unser Deutschexperte, war immer für uns da, ebenso wie Raj und besonders Jay, der als Erster dafür sorgte, dass wir mit veganen Menüs versorgt wurden – immer mit einem sympathischen Lachen. Steven war unser Frühstücksmeister, der uns t?glich mit einer Extraportion Pancakes und Tomatensaft versorgte und besonders fürsorglich war. Jamita hat uns mit wertvollen Hautpflegetipps für die UV-Stufe 11 und einem stets freundlichen Gespr?ch versorgt, und Nusreen lachte mit uns, wenn wir uns mal wieder vor den V?geln erschreckte . We were there almost 2 weeks in August/Sepyember. 2 adults, 2 children 11,8 yrs. From the begining a nice welcome at the lobby, fast accomodation, very helpfull staff on many questuons, not even connected wit the hitel itself. We were under an impression of service everywhere, from the frontdesk to restaurants and facilities, like SPA - which I recommend much, its a must - completing the while stay in this ?paradiae like”place. Very large rooms, comfortable, cleaned every day, minibar filled daily, included. Food in restaurants - plenty of everything, tasty, niclely served. I recommend giant prawnes & lobster from a’la carte restaurants, delicious & pretty served. My kods had lot of food to choose, they tasted most of the dishes, nit only pasta & pizza, which are on a daily basis for demanding children ;) I would like to give special thanks to guys on boat booth and diving center, they made a good recomendatiins for facultitave trips, which I enjoyed the most. And do t forget about having a massage there, I will write it once more, worth definitelly. People of Mauritius - you are amazing and you do magnificent job there, not spotyed elsewhere.

It was an amazing experience given our value for money. We stayed for 9 nights and: - the food was great, enough variety to not get bored of. The tuna sashimi in the main restaurant was something to look forward to. We didn’t really visit other restaurants apart from the Asian one, the food was tasty (not truly Asian though) and the service up to standard. -pools and the beach were clean and constantly being taken care of -the room was also clean, we didn’t have any issues, in case of any questions the front desk was always helpful. The decoration may not be the most modern but it wasn’t too important to us. -there was enough activities on site to keep us entertained. Tennis court, pétanque, water slides, various free of charge water activities from the Papa’s Dream office located right on the beach. The staff on site took part and organised many contests, lessons and was always fun to be around - big thank you to Lucca, Avnish and Yovan ?? -Papas Dream also organises the five islands tour that was a lot of fun, I really recommend it -we walked around and our beach was by far the nicest one

Wir haben 2 sch?ne Wochen in diesem Hotel verbracht. Wer hier mit normalen, nicht überzogen Vorstellungen herkommt, wird sicher nicht entt?uscht. Das Zimmer war sehr ger?umig, die Speisen, besonders der gegrillte Fisch waren überragend, und fast immer für jeden etwas dabei. Selbst an dem Tag, an dem ich und unsere Tochter am Abend kaum was gefunden haben, kam sofort der immer aufmerksame Restaurantleiter mit dem Küchenchef und hat uns extra eine Alternative zubereitet! G?stezufriedenheit wird hier wirklich gro?geschrieben! Die beiden Damen von Guest Relations hatten auch immer ein offenes Ohr, gute Tipps und haben gerne geholfen. Die Angestellten waren ausnahmslos zuvorkommend, immer ein L?cheln auf den Lippen und man hatte nie das Gefühl, dass die Freundlichkeit nur aufgesetzt w?re. Auch sehr angenehm, dass kein Trinkgeld erwartet wurde um normalen Service zu bekommen, wie man das aus anderen L?ndern leider kennt. Der Taxi Service hat auch prima funktioniert und auch der Bootsausflug zu den 5 Inseln, den man mit Transfer am Strand über das Hotel buchen kann, war empfehlenswert. W?re es nicht leider die ganze Zeit so windig gewesen, h?tte man sich am Strand SUP, Kajak und Tretboote kostenlos ausleihen k?nnen, aber für das Wetter, kann das Hotel ja nichts. Es gibt ein sch?nes kleines Gym. Absolut zu empfehlen ist das SPA, ich hatte 2 ganz wunderbare Behandlungen (Hotstone & Kopfmassage) bei Jeneeta, einem ganz wunderbaren Menschen, sie hat nicht nur Zauberh?nde, sie war auch so lieb und hat mir traditionell zubereiteten Tee mitgebracht. Au?erdem hat sie mir auch gute Ausflugstipps gegeben und auch Infos über die Kultur in Mauritius meiner Tochter hat sie 2 supersch?ne Hennatattoos freihand nur nach Vorlage gemalt. Un très bel h?tel très bien situé avec un personnel professionnel et toujours souriant. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Le buffet est varié et de qualité et la possibilité de d?ner dans les restaurants à thèmes élargit encore le choix. L’équipe d’animation est très dynamique avec sa responsable Mimi toujours à l’écoute et disponible. En résumé un très beau séjour à l’?le Maurice.

Très bon h?tels avec du personel serviables ,de bon massage mais surtout une bonne équipe d animation merci mimi iverson et yohan grace a vous nous avons passer 15 jours de joie entre le coco bowling, tir à l arc, ping-pong et surtout la fameuse route du rhum
