Probably the most longest review… This was our 2nd visit. Initial greeting at reception was a little poor but Dini from guest comms did everything she could and made it better! She went above and beyond including a beautiful room looking out to the sea. We were met by Sam who we met on our last visit here the Duty manager who absolutely deserves to be called a MANAGER. He is so kind and incredibly knowledgable and also goes above and beyond so thank you for making our stay another good one! The food is fresh and nice, my only criticism is the children’s menu could be more children friendly, even if chips could be offered it would be helpful but my daughter is fussy so not even I get meals right but Chef Ragoo made our holiday even easier by cooking seperate meals for my daughter for lunch and dinner. His kitchen staff are amazing and whilst people want to moan about the food etc, no matter what they cook they can’t make everyone happy. There is always something to eat even if you are really fussy. A huge thank you to the restaurant manager who always helped us, I don’t know his name but his moto was to care about people then he knows he has done his job right if the people are happy! You sir are incredible! Nusreen a waitress who was there every night at dinner time became a feature to our dinner. The care she had for my daughter was lovely and always looked after her when passing the tables. Thank you! Yes the hotel needs updating - I think it’s been running for 12 years with no renovation so it’s not done bad! But even though it needs doing up a bit it’s still a lovely hotel with a beautiful beach! We came back and we will keep coming back! Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels, housekeeping and Nina from housekeeping was extremely precise and always left our room spotless. Nina came to our room most days just to make sure all was ok! We actually wish we could take her home as she is just a beautiful soul who truly cares and takes pride in her job! She is a credit to the hotel and they are lucky to have her! The beach - beautiful! Heated pool lovely and main pool was also lovely. So easy to have clean towels the ladies are there to swap towels and always do so with a smile! The general cleaning of the hotel is spot on! Everything is clean and smells clean. The landscaping team are always working so hard! From coconuts falling to seaweed they have non stop work and do it incredibly well! Every day they worked so hard to keep the grounds clean and tidy! Bar staff by the pool and the ice bar were very friendly and always on hand asking what we wanted. Harsh the barman at the Ice bar- very attentive and also takes pride in his job! Thank you! Danny at the boathouse - thanks for the wicked speed boat trip! Lovely glass bottom boat trip with the boathouse team who were knowledgeable when out in the ocean looking at coral and fish! Kids club - a little different from our last visit. Mini disco is only every other night which

My family of 4 (boy 11 girl 9) had an excellent 14 days holiday. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. This was from our arrival to our departure. The hotel is of a good standard, needing a touch up here and there. There was plenty of space across the campus to make it feel relaxed and not busy. The grounds were well kept and a big thank you to the kind groundmen who cut us a fresh coconut to drink. There are two pools. We only used the heated pool. There is a gym which was in good order. There is also a spa where we enjoyed massages. Our room was a good size and plenty of plugs for our devices. Safe was easy to use. Cleaning of the room was good and if they find a valuable outside of the safe they will leave the room unfinished as a precaution. This happened to us a couple of times until we realised an empty money belt was an issue. Entertainment throughout the day was really good fun. I want to say a big thank you to Avnish and Stephano who our stay particularly enjoyable with football almost every day. The kids loved Aqualand, the pony ride, pool and table tennis also. The beach is really nice. No issue getting a sun a bed. The water was clear and there was a little coral and few fish inside the recommended bathing area. A few more could be found just beyond making snorkeling really good fun. especially for our beginners. There are number of free activities available at the boat house like a glass bottom boat, canoes and pedalos which we tried. We found the food really good and varied enough for use for 14days without going to the themed restaurants. Our son is a very picky eater but there was enough for him and to try something new. The management of the restaurant was very good and always tried to greet us and enquire how we were doing and if they could help. The bar has a good mix of drinks available. There is Phoenix beer on tap and I found it refreshingly enjoyable. There is good waiter service and I wish to thank Tharun for his smile and stopping is going thirsty. Remember to pack and apply your mosquito repellent. Overall a lovely stay and we felt very much looked after. Would go back.

Mon mari et moi avons passé un séjour merveilleux. L’équipe est juste topissime. Merciiiiii à Mimi , Iversone, et Yohan pour leurs présence leurs animations leurs bonnes humeur ils sont au top au départ l’émotion était au rendez-vous. L’h?tel top toujours propre les repas top tjrs du choix. Le personnel top toujours à l’écoute et au petit soin. La chambre faite tout les jours. Le cadre idyllique au pieds de la plage, qui est nettoyé tout les jours. Le personnel bossent dur pour rendre notre séjour parfait. Les excusions top aussi. Un vrai coup de c?ur pour cette ?le et ses habitants.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un bon moment dans cet h?tel en famille. Partis en mai, le temps n'était pas au rendez-vous et nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu faire aucune activité nautique proposé par l'h?tel pendant notre semaine. Les sorties bateaux étaient possible. Points positifs : - L'environnement extérieur de l'h?tel est joli et bien entretenu. - Les repas au buffet changent de thématique chaque soir et sont de bonne qualité. Nous y avons très bien mangé que ce soit au petit déjeuner, déjeuner et d?ner, sauf pour la soirée seafood et asiatique qui manquait de spécialités liées aux thèmes. - Les repas au restaurant Villebague étaient quant à eux succulents et le personnel aux petits soins. - Le personnel est très serviable et sympathique dans l'ensemble. Petit plus pour Mr Raj Head du restaurant, qui fait du super boulot et à Harsh au bar. - Les diverses piscines sont assez grandes et peu profondes (1,50m max), dont une chauffée, mais il faudrait augmenter la température en hiver. - L'Aqualand avec les toboggans est super (même pour les adultes). - La chambre était spacieuse et complète (minibar, sèche cheveux…), minibar et serviette renouvelé tous les jours. Points négatifs : - Les chambres sont un peu vieilles et présentent des usures. Nous avons même eu une casse dans la douche lors de notre premier jour et manquent de propreté dans la douche. - Les repas au restaurant Les Quatre Cocos n'étaient pas bons. Nous avons tous été dé?us alors que nous avons commandé des choses différentes (surtout des sushis en supplément, mais dont la moitié sont remplis de carotte sans poisson). - Les cocktails ne sont pas top, malgré une liste de plusieurs pages (à mon go?t). Le mojito et le fizzy blue étaient cependant très bons. - La WIFI n'est pas présente partout. Dans les chambres, il faut être à certains endroits pour en avoir. Au niveau du bar Bellevue, la WIFI est inexistante. Et en ayant la chance de l'avoir, quelque soit l'emplacement dans l'h?tel, le débit est vraiment médiocre. Une minute pour charger une page, vidéo en mauvaise qualité. Pas top pour joindre ses proches. - Pas d'annonce concernant les animations en journée alors qu'il y en avait !! (tir à l'arc, beach soccer). On découvrait les animations que lorsqu'une personne en faisait dans l'h?tel mais comme attendu, il n'y avait pas grand monde car personne ne semble informé. Il faut rester près d'Aqualand pour en voir. - La bo?te de nuit ouverte que les vendredis et samedis soir alors que sur le site c'est écrit 6 jours/semaine. - L'absence de glace à l'Aqualand sous prétexte qu'il n'y a pas grand monde. - Les animations le soir qui font plaisir mais sans plus. De plus, certains DJ n'étaient pas top (1 musique par style, changement rapide voire brutal). - La fermeture consécutive de certains restaurants (pas d'Ocean Grill Beach ni du restaurant turc Bellevue). - Dé?u d'apprendre que pour le panier pique-nique il fallait payer 450 roupie en plus de notre formule all-in Néanmoins, mal

The hotel and its staft was very well organised and helpful. Always there to help us. As We get access to Aqualand as well which was an extraordinary experience for all of us. Excellent food with best cocktails.. A place to definitely to come again. Lovely atmosphere
